Assistant Salon Supervisor
Job Description
We are looking for a talented and motivated Assistant Salon Supervisor to join our team and support the salon daily operations. The Assistant Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the salon, delivering high-quality beauty services, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive salon environment.
• Assist Supervisor in overseeing daily operations, including scheduling appointments, managing staff schedules, and ensuring adequate coverage.
• Assist with salon inventory management, including ordering supplies, monitoring product stock levels, and conducting regular inventory counts.
• Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the client and the salon.
