Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team in managing daily sales activities, including responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up on sales leads.
• Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, and warehouse) to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
• Administrative Support:
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and related documents for the sales team and management.
• Maintain an organized record of customer data, contracts, and correspondence.
• Schedule meetings and support the team's travel arrangements as needed.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Support customer onboarding, including documentation and training.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and report feedback to the Sales Manager.
• Market Research & Analysis:
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to support sales strategies.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and share insights with the sales team.
• Other Duties:
• Support sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of [X] years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
