Job Description
Position Summary The RAC Sales will manage RAC sales and cover strategic accounts. The client set includes the on/off-line retail as well as corporate resellers. Majority of the focus will be on RAC devices. Markets include GCC, Caucasus Region,etc. Principal Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Analyze industry / competition trend \xc2\xb7 Grow volume/revenue and market share \xc2\xb7 Seek for leads/opportunities to gain access to new business sectors \xc2\xb7 Develop a sound sales/project pipeline in B2C sector \xc2\xb7 Lead pricing and promotion strategy across market and channel partners \xc2\xb7 Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans \xc2\xb7 Deliver high accuracy sales forecast for short/mid-term \xc2\xb7 Co-work with related departments within LG to facilitate sales \xc2\xb7 Lead/support marketing team to develop & execute marketing plan (Digital, In-store, PR, events, campaigns, etc.) Requirements \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree \xc2\xb7 5+ years of relevant B2C RAC experience \xc2\xb7 Sales and negotiation skills \xc2\xb7 Strategic & critical thinking \xc2\xb7 Ability to motivate and lead a team \xc2\xb7 Proactive work ethics and open-mindedness \xc2\xb7 Communication and \'people skills\' \xc2\xb7 Planning and organizational skills \xc2\xb7 Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Details: Location : Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-time Education:
