We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Asst Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales for Security Guards Services and Cleaning services, with a proven track record of acquiring and managing corporate and retail clients. Key Responsibilities: . Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Security Services and Cleaning services sector . Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, retail, and residential clients . Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends . Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals . Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets . Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery . Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions Requirements: . Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in Security Services, janitorial, cleaning, or facility management services . Strong network and client base in Bahrain . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills . Valid Bahrain driving license and vehicle.
