Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to the sales team, setting clear goals and objectives.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service throughout the sales process.
• Market Research: Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and policies, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the immigration or related industry.
• In-depth knowledge of immigration services and programs.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
