Exceeds personal sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Solicits wholesale and tour series business through action plan preparation and execution
Independently responsible for achievement of objectives, as outlined in the action plans
Identifies key prospects based on hotel goals and achieve specific conversion goals
Actively supports the goals of the team and recommends revenue producing activities and ways to implement
As directed, participates in tradeshows, road shows and promotional events within the hotel and trade related organizations
Maintains positive relationships with all guests, tour operators, colleagues and global sales network
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share, grow revenue, and achieve profitability goals
Create annual sales plans in collaboration with the Director of Sales, setting targets and quotas for each account manager
Monitor individual and team performance against targets, providing feedback and coaching regularly to ensure success
Attend industry events and trade shows to generate leads and cultivate relationships with potential customers
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, managing expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction
Prepare reports on sales activity and pipeline progress for upper management
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and adjust sales strategies accordingly
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the leisure or hospitality industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
