Responsibilities:
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Sales Performance: Set and monitor sales targets, analyze team performance, and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
• Client Relations: Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a positive company image.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Negotiation: Represent clients effectively in negotiations and ensure successful transactions.
• Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.
• Proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid real estate license required.
