To perform filing, photo copying insurance companies claim forms and reports, filing JV, payment voucher, daily HMS report and to perform related duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Filling all the copy of the invoice insurance company wise.
Arranging file from MRD room to attach copy of the report with insurance billing and Doctor is to write medical justification for rejected claims.
Photo copies all the copy of Insurance claim forms and supporting documents like, EEC report, TMT, stress test, audiometry, tymponmetry, discharge summary and all other documents requested for.
Going with doctors to fill un filled claims forms, putting doctors seal on the claim forms.
Filling of pre approval, insurance company circular and inter office circular.
Circulating circulars to all the staff in the accounts department and filling the same.
Coordinate with Insurance department, Receptionist , Billing clerk , Nursing and Doctor for effective function
Performs related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
At least a high school graduate or its equivalent.
The ability to understand what the customer wants.
The ability to cope with the pressure of fast-paced work.
Fluent spoken and written English. Spoken Arabic is advantageous but not essential.
