Sales Dashboard preparing & circulating on daily basis. · Collecting Footfall count details from Portal on daily basis, maintaining tracker, follow up with the support Team if any count reading/capturing issues with the Footfall devices. · Maintaining Counter selling item details Launching period/including/excluding as per instructions & flashing daily reports with Cashiers/Stores performance. Sharing Counter selling details to HR Team for Incentive process. Consolidating & following up with inventory team for adjusting the shortages of Counter stocks. · Weekly Keeping track of GLOO Sales performance. · Preparing Productivity Tracker on weekly basis including WTD/MTD/YTD sales performance, NPS, Add on Sales, OPS- Shipments, OMNI Fulfillment, Cashiers performance, RFID process & GLOO comparison reports. · Shrinkage report processing on weekly basis & sharing with CP Head. · SAHLA Sell & SSCO report processing on daily basis & following up with the stores for achieving Targets & IT Teams for solving the Technical issues. · Sharing Apps download performance report to CP Head on weekly basis. · Providing budget achievement with online sales for CP stores to HR Team for incentive calculation process. · Preparing Weekly Business Review presentation for weekly meeting. · Creating request to Wh Team for Shopping Bags delivery to stores through S2P2P movement process weekly twice. WAS & NOW, Soft Tags rolls as on request. · Keeping SOH update for the WAS & NOW, Soft Tags rolls, GTM Books, Wrapping Papers, Lanyards etc. & requesting Admin Team for ordering while shortages of stocks. · Collecting Medical/residence/other reimbursement related docs, maintaining tracker submitting to HR team on time. · Creating PR for the Monthly Stationary requirements for the Stores & for other ad hoc requirements, following up with Supplier for Delivery as & when require. Dropping GRN upon receiving the confirmation of DOs from supplier/admin/Wh Team. Schedule: Full-time Shift: Day Job Travel:
