A well established restaurant chain with multiple locations in Dubai is looking to hire Assistant Store Managers who can join our growing team immediately. What we\'re looking for:

Contract length: 24 months Pay: From AED4,700.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Graduates of Hospitality Management Programs or related courses
- Able to communicate confidently in English
- Must have experience working as a Waiter in a reputable restaurant/fast food chain for at least 5 years, in addition 2 years experience working as an Assistant Store Manager or equivalent responsible position
- Certified Person In Charge trained within UAE
- Comprehensive understanding of Health and Safety Regulations, Food Hygiene Standards, and Best Practices in Restaurant Operations
- Passionate in delivering high quality service
- Must be medically fit and well groomed
- Age between 30 to 37 years old
- Must be able to join immediately
- Residing in Dubai
- Provide leadership and direction towards the achievement of goals and objectives set by company
- Ensure that the store operations and brand guidelines are adhered to as required by the company
- Ensure all products delivered to the customers are as per brand standards.
- Must be able to handle customer queries/complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Able to confidently hold Briefings, set targets and conduct performance evaluations for his team
- Foster a positive working environment, promoting teamwork and be a hands on role model
- Must maintain optimum stock levels to ensure smooth running of operations to cater customer demands.
- Must ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
