Daikan Izakaya, Yas Bay is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our vibrant team. As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests while assisting the Restaurant Manager in managing staff and maintaining high service standards.

### Key Responsibilities:

• + Operational Support: Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff management, scheduling, and restaurant maintenance.
+ Staff Training and Development: Support in training and mentoring new staff members, ensuring they adhere to service standards and protocols.
+ Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with guests, addressing any inquiries, feedback, and complaints to enhance their dining experience.
+ Inventory and Ordering: Help manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to ensure the efficient operation of the restaurant.
+ Menu Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including food and beverage pairings, to assist guests with recommendations.
+ Sales and Revenue Generation: Collaborate with management to implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall guest satisfaction.
+ Compliance: Ensure that all staff members comply with health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
