We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager who is fluent in Arabic to lead our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving the overall success of the establishment.

Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Provide effective leadership and management of all restaurant activities.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.

Customer Service: Ensure a superior and memorable dining experience for all guests.
Address customer feedback and concerns promptly and professionally.

Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
Set performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Financial Management: Monitor and manage budgetary concerns, including cost control and revenue growth.
Implement strategies to maximize profitability.

Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards.

Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement promotional activities.
Explore opportunities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and staff scheduling.
