We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Resident Engineer to support the Resident Engineer in overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, construction management, and site supervision. Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Resident Engineer in managing and supervising construction activities on-site. Ensure projects adhere to approved designs, specifications, and safety regulations . Monitor and inspect construction progress, identifying and resolving technical issues. Review and approve contractor's work, materials, and methodologies . Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and progress reporting . Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Provide technical guidance and problem-solving assistance to the construction team. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations . Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and project records . Assist in managing contractual and financial aspects of the project. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field . 5+ years of experience in construction supervision and engineering projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management . Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, and other relevant engineering software . Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards . Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams . Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline . Job Details
