This includes leading, directing and monitoring all personnel who are identified within their charge and the administration of the building contract works.QualificationsPreference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:
Monitoring the work of staff members ensuring compliance with contract provisions, including correspondence and submittals
Experience of working on High Rise building Projects, from inception through to completion
Awareness and vigilance with regards to all aspects of construction activity in order to provide quality assurance and safety standards in line with contractual agreements
Reviewing contractors change order proposals and providing suitable recommendations to the Resident engineer or Construction Manager
Conducting the final inspection of work and provide handover of completed project works
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Membership of a professional Engineering Institution would be advantageous.
