Based in the DIFC, this role will support two Relationship Managers to assist in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client queries, and providing support in resolving any issues that arise. In addition, the Assistant Relationship Manager will support the RM's with KYC, new account openings, as well as help facilitate and carry out the client on-boarding process.This role will also assist the RM's with arranging client meetings, organising events, and scheduling client calls. In addition, the ARM will assist in preparing presentation materials, attending meetings and taking minutes, along with actioning follow-ups. The ARM will possess excellent knowledge on all bank products, credit standards, services, and provide efficient customer service, while also carrying out administrative duties and performing ad hoc tasks for the team where required.About you
To be considered for this role , the successful candidate will have experience working within a busy, corporate environment, within international banks. The ideal candidate must have a good understanding of KYC. The successful candidate will have a professional and personable approach with attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills, with eagerness to grow.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French are essential for this role, along with being fully IT literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
