It serves a broad range of clients both domestically and across the MENA region, including government entities, financial institutions, large to mid-size corporates, and commercial clients (SMEs), and maintains strategic relationships with leading banks globally.We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Governance, Policy and Control team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE bankingIn this role, your key responsibilities include:New Client Acquisition: Acquire new clients, conduct wallet exercise to cross sell entire product suite and facilitate an excellent on-boarding experience in order to achieve assigned targets and secure profitable business transactionsRelationship Management: Build and maintain client dossiers capturing current and future client needs in order to advise clients on new solutions, developments and emerging opportunitiesRisk Management: Obtain reports from support units, create credit applications, report on risk profile and highlight/update approving authorities with any changes in order to enable necessary action to be taken.Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures: Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholdersSelf-Management: Manage self in line with the Banks people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximize own contribution to business performance.Customer Service: Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Banks required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactionsSkillsThe ideal candidate should have the following experienceAt least 5 years of experience in Commercial/Consumer BankingBachelors Degree in Business, Accounting or FinanceKnowledge of Credit Skills,Market Knowledge,Problem Solving SkillsWhat we offer:Competitive Salary: The indicative pay range for this role is AED 18,000- AED 20,000 per month.
