A proactive and detail-oriented female Recruitment Assistant with at least one year of experience in recruitment and HR consultancy within the UAE. Adept at candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and HR administrative support, with foundational knowledge of UAE labour laws and visa procedures. Focused on providing seamless recruitment support and enhancing client and candidate experiences.

Key Skills and Competencies

Recruitment Coordination

• Sourcing and shortlisting candidates through job portals (Bayt, Naukrigulf, LinkedIn).
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and clients.
• Supporting the recruitment process while maintaining accurate records.

HR Administrative Support

• Assisting with documentation for visas, employment contracts, and onboarding.
• Ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and organizational policies.
• Managing HR data and recruitment tools like ATS.

Communication and Client Interaction

• Liaising with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
• Maintaining clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
