Assistant Property Manager
Leos International is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing our portfolio of properties, maintaining the quality & service of properties. Experience in property is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Answer general, maintenance and emergency phone calls, deal with all enquiries and resolve reported issues accordingly
• Act as a central point of contact for residents, tenants, managing agents and contractors
• Oversight and coordination of utilities across the portfolio
• Instruct maintenance works and ensure completion of the work in a timely manner
• Tenancy renewals
• Assisting with securing new business opportunities
Utilities management
• Accessing portals.
• Download the bills.
• Upload to the data sheet.
Competencies
• IT literate including MS Excel/Outlook
• Ability to resolve and reconcile issues
• Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative
• Time management and organizational skills to manage workload
• The ability to work to tight deadlines with clear prioritisation
• Ability to work as part of a wider team
• Articulate with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Full driving licence required
