Rent out properties under our management within target and to reduce vacancies.
Coordinate with multiple parties to ensure tenants can move in and out on time with the right procedures and documentation.
Sign up new customers for our services and improve effectiveness.
Ensure the integrity of our operating system and documentation.
Handle tenants and landlords inquiries and complaints properly and effective.
Can find solutions to problems.
Can work effectively with the team and assist the team in whichever role requires coverage.
Can work independently, alone or as a team.
Handle calls with different stakeholders of the company (ie Tenants, Landlords,Investors)
Requirements
Native (or Native-like) English speaker
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Good organizational skill, documentation skills
Quick Learner
Willing to work in Abu Dhabi
Additional Preferences
Speaks Arabic(Not mandatory)
With sales/marketing experiences
Proficient in ERP System Zoho
With UAE drivers license and a car
