Based in Abu Dhabi, reporting to the Senior Property Manager, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join the Property Asset Management team to take on the role of Assistant Property Manager. This exciting and rewarding position requires administrative work, customer services and tenancy management. As an integral part of the PAM team the Assistant Property Manager liaises with Accounts, Leasing, , Facilities Manager and Senior Management.Responsibilities:Customer Relation
Day to day liaison with tenant for service satisfaction - properties rules and regulations guidance and enforcement
Lease Management
Head lease management - monitor and enforce lease terms (lease expiries, rent review, break options etc.)
Move-in and move-out coordination
Monies (rents, security deposits, etc.) collections and deposits
Services charges administration
General Administration
Maintain statutory obligations - deeds, certifications, tests, inspection reports etc.
Maintain tenancy records - tenants details, lease terms etc.
Weekly and Monthly Report Coordination
Reviewing of Draft License and Lease Agreements
Providing support to Property Coordinators and ensuring weekly report actions, tenant queries are addressed. License and Lease renewals prepared on time.
Career Experience Required:
At least 5 years of professional experience in customer management or property management or leasing and administration.
2 years in the real estate industry.
