- Support in the preparation and creation of project plans for major projects and engineering planning on Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Analyzing data sets from engineering, installation, and manufacturing with an ability to understand trends and projections.
- Plan and control project scheduling, structure, and report progress.
- Provide the weekly and monthly progress updates to Planning Manager, forecast completions, together with critical path and trend analyses.
- Support in providing comprehensive cost engineering management reports within the projects for all levels, by cost control and analysis.
- Establishes cost baselines for project activities based on award
- Maintain existing tools and work on their continuous improvement
- Minimum 2 years experience predominantly in a planning or analytics role.
- 2 years of experience using scheduling software
- Degree in engineering or business management would be preferable.
- Good knowledge of engineering/design scope, job working instruction / procedures, good project control practices in planning and scheduling and overall awareness of projects.
- Knowledge of MS Project and/or Primavera P6
- Foundation knowledge of Excel, specifically with pivot tables
- Power BI knowledge or qualification would be an advantage.
