Working closely with the Project Manager, you will assist in coordinating project activities, managing resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.Responsibilities:
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
Coordinate project activities and resources, including subcontractors and suppliers.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality assessments.
Assist in resolving project issues and mitigating risks.
Prepare project reports, presentations, and documentation.
Foster positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Proven experience in construction project management or related role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of local construction regulations and practices (preferable).
