Our client, a reputable group of companies, is seeking to hire an Assistant Project Manager from the furniture business / industry for one of their office based in Dubai.Job Responsibilities:
Able to work independently, strong client relationship building and successful project delivery.
Develops furniture and equipment test fits, room layouts and/or design concepts using various design software such as AutoCAD.
Assist with various quality management issues especially as the interface with design drawings and equipment list updates.
Attend various project meetings, capturing accurate action items and key decisions in meeting minutes.
Provide a communication path between the Project Manager and other project stakeholders.
Education & other requirements:
A university degree in B.Sc. is required.
5+ years of project management in furniture industry.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Previous experience running quality controls and supporting quality assurance processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
A results-oriented approach with the ability to act and responsibility.
Familiarity with working for, or with, the furniture industry is a must.
Must have UAE driving license.
Salary: Upto AED 15000Working Hours/Days: 9am to 5pm / 5 days a weekJob Location: DIP, Dubai
