Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Production Manager at AlFakhamah. The role involves overseeing day-to-day production tasks and processes, ensuring efficiency and quality control. The Assistant Production Manager will assist in managing and coordinating production schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and training production staff. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. Qualifications
- Experience in production management or a related field
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience working with tobacco products is a plus
- Arab nationals are preferred.
