Job Description

Employment: Full Time Support the achievement of monthly production targets and meet SKU-wise daily production plans. Assist in optimizing wastage to minimize abnormal losses and drive efficiency in production processes. Participate in value stream mapping activities to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across the facility by monitoring operations and reporting any concerns. Contribute to cost-effective production processes, ensuring maximum output with minimal costs. Assist in managing and motivating the production team to maintain high levels of performance and morale. Support the implementation and adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and 5S standards. Lead small cost-saving projects, driving initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. Identify and address training needs within the production team, ensuring skill development and compliance with company procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., quality, maintenance, supply chain) to ensure the alignment of production goals with company policies and objectives. Provide regular reports on production performance, addressing any challenges or deviations from targets. Any other duties assigned by Production Manager Requirements: Bachelor in Science or Bachelor in Engineering

Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and efficiency improvements. Ability to analyze production data and identify trends or areas for improvement. Experience in team management, with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team. Familiarity with GMP, 5S, and other operational standards. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various departments. Proactive in identifying issues and finding practical solutions to improve production outcomes. Experience in cost-saving initiatives and production optimization. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
