As an assistant Product Manager you will be involved in product planning and execution functions throughout the product life cycle for retail banking products. You will support sales and marketing initiatives and liaise with stakeholders to ensure overall strategy and goals are met or surpassed.
Support in designing, launching, and managing retail banking products.
Conduct gap analysis and identifying new business opportunities
Interface with Sales, Credit, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, Business Intelligence functions
Assist in providing a roadmap for Product Lifecycle Management
Assist in the process of marketing initiatives and promotions
Conduct product performance metrics and identify trends
Support in conducting training and providing sales tools for new product and promotion launches

Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions within retail banking
Bachelor's / Master's degree in finance or related stream
Understanding of Product life cycle management (Conventional and Digital Products)
Understanding of Retail Banking Products and Policies
Strong analytical skills with an understanding of market research and financial analysis
Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
Must be a UAE National with valid family book
