Target Achievement - To ensure achievement of top line and bottom line targets through providing marketing planning, support and execution.2. Agency Management - To ensuring optimal utilization of resources of Market research agencies, Advertising agencies, Media Agencies3. Market Research - To identify research needs, evaluate Market Research proposals and to implement and control necessary actions emanating out of research4. Marketing analysis - To do both primary and secondary sales analysis and To do Competition / consumer, Media and Profitability tracking.5. Development of Marketing and Brand StrategyTo formulate long term and short term strategy objectives and prepare incremental plans for marketing and brand building and to execute those plans.Development of marketing mix elements - To ensure development and implementation of marketing mix elements in line with Business/ Marketing Plans. The elements would include: Communication Strategy (including advertising Promotional Plan (Consumer Promo, Trade Promo, Merchandising and other visibility initiatives)Media Planning, Packaging, Pricing Decisions and Product Development.Experience: 4-5 Years of FMCG Product Management Experience with understanding of skincare products.
