Prescott Real Estate Development LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Procurement Officer to support our procurement team in sourcing quality materials and services efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in identifying and evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, and reliability.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Conduct market research to find the best deals and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases accordingly.
• Visit suppliers or project sites to inspect materials, as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
• Address and resolve any issues related to procurement or supplier performance.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally when required.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and procurement software.
• Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement principles.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines.
