Assistant Policy Manager (Outsourced)
Role : Assistant Policy Manager
Location: Dubai
Role Purpose:
Assistant Manager for Auto Finance. Assist the policy head in monitoring credit policy.
Key Accountabilities of the role
These are the main responsibilities of this role
RESPONSIBILITIES:
RESULTS REQUIRED:
Completion of RCSA items on monthly basis.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Previous experience required (if any)
Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in the retail banking risk function.

Key Accountabilities of the role

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Quality assurance for sample of credit application files to ensure the cases are approved in adherence in policy and procedures.
- Review of dealers and evaluators performance.
- Listing and Delisting of used car dealers and evaluators based on performance and TL expiry.
- Co-ordinate with internal units for requirement gathering, enhancement, and system UAT. The development and automation of MIS requirements.
RESULTS REQUIRED:
- Ensure the post approval review has performed for covered card and auto finance approved cases
- Ensure policy changes are incorporated in the core system as and when changes occur
- Ensure that consolidated policies are available to underwriting as and when changes occur.
- Perform other duties or responsibilities that are assigned by the management.
- Review of portfolio segments - monitor quality of the portfolio via segmentation analysis for both performing & non-performing portfolio.
- To keep chronology of policy changes in AF
