Assistant Pastry Chef

URGENT !
We are looking for an experienced Pastry Assistant to prepare a variety of dessert,pastries and other sweets.
Core responsibilities
• He/She bakes advance pastry items with consistent quality.
• Leads and supervises subordinates in the preparation of pastry items.
• Creating new and exciting desert to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers.
• Responsible for monitoring the inventory to ensure the adequacy ,availability and completeness of supplies and additional stocks.
• Monitored and controlled the food and labor cost within the alloted budgets.
• Assisting the Pastry Chef in preparing all the items for serving.
• Responsible for closing down the pastry line and the pastry kitchen at the end of every night.Including the equipment used,wrapping and chilling perishables.
• Maintaining a clean and organized pastry kitchen as well as the pastry line for the evening of service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
