We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Outlet Manager to join our team at Avani Ibn Battuta Hotel Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will support the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance.

• Assist in managing daily outlet operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
• Support and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high product standards
• Help implement sales strategies and promotions to drive revenue growth
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
• Assist in financial reporting, including daily sales reconciliation and inventory management
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with the Outlet Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Participate in staff training and development initiatives
• Step in for the Outlet Manager in their absence, overseeing all aspects of outlet operations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail or food service management, preferably in an assistant manager role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic financial reporting tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in inventory management and stock control
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Food safety certification (if applicable to the industry)
• Knowledge of retail operations, customer service best practices, and sales techniques
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
