Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets.
Ensure excellent guest service standards are met and guest complaints are handled when necessary.
Train, supervise, and motivate staff to ensure compliance with Accor brands standards.
Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed in line with company policies.
Support promotional activities, events, and initiatives to boost outlet performance.
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years\' experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team management abilities.
Ability to motivate the team.
