Key Responsibilities:



Assist in managing

daily auction operations

and ensuring seamless workflow. Coordinate with various departments to optimize

efficiency and productivity

. Identify and resolve

operational challenges

promptly. Support the implementation and use of

ERP systems

for operational management. Lead and supervise teams, ensuring high performance and teamwork. Oversee vehicle handling, logistics, and inventory within the auction process. Ensure compliance with

company policies and industry standards

.

Requirements:



3-5 years

of experience in

automobile auction operations

. Strong

problem-solving

and

decision-making skills

.

Leadership qualities

with a

team-oriented approach

.

UAE driving license

is mandatory. Proficiency in

ERP software

for operational processes. Excellent coordination and communication skills.
