.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing
daily auction operations
and ensuring seamless workflow. Coordinate with various departments to optimizeefficiency and productivity
. Identify and resolveoperational challenges
promptly. Support the implementation and use ofERP systems
for operational management. Lead and supervise teams, ensuring high performance and teamwork. Oversee vehicle handling, logistics, and inventory within the auction process. Ensure compliance withcompany policies and industry standards
.Requirements:
3-5 years
of experience inautomobile auction operations
. Strongproblem-solving
anddecision-making skills
.Leadership qualities
with ateam-oriented approach
.UAE driving license
is mandatory. Proficiency inERP software
