• Assisting the Operations Manager: Supporting the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations, including planning, organizing, and coordinating activities.
• Event Planning and Execution: Assisting in the planning and execution of catering events, from small gatherings to large-scale functions. This includes managing event timelines, coordinating with clients, and ensuring seamless execution.
• Staff Management: Supervising and managing catering staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Quality Control: Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service. This includes conducting regular quality checks and addressing any issues promptly.
Client Relations
• Client Communication: Liaising with clients to understand their specific requirements and expectations. This involves responding to inquiries, providing information, and addressing any concerns.
• Client Satisfaction: Ensuring client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations. This may involve resolving issues, providing feedback, and building strong client relationships.
Administrative Task
• Reporting: Preparing regular reports on operational performance, financial data, and other relevant information.
Additional Responsibilities
• Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving operational challenges and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Teamwork: Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless operations.
• Flexibility: Adapting to changing circumstances and working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate event schedules.
