\xc2\xb7 Professional carers provide physical and emotional support to individuals to help them overcome the everyday difficulties they face. They can help with everyday life care, helping clients with medical conditions, supporting resident\xe2\x80\x99s mental health and well being and general daily living support. \xc2\xb7 Assess the patient and taking Daily Vital Signs \xc2\xb7 IV Therapy and blood drawing \xc2\xb7 Hygiene Care \xc2\xb7 Administering Medications \xc2\xb7 Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support \xc2\xb7 Meal Preparation \xc2\xb7 Mobility Assistance \xc2\xb7 Allows and encourages residents to do as much of their own care as possible. \xc2\xb7 Daily writing of assessment/progress reports and evaluate the patient \xc2\xb7 Daily Checking Inventory \xc2\xb7 Ordering IV drips, Drugs and Consumables \xc2\xb7 Job Type: Full-time
