Requirements:
Experience in home health or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgments.
Flexibility for shifts and adaptability to changing patient needs and schedules.
Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments and create care plans for patients in their homes.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by the patient's physician.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and reactions to medications or treatments.
- Educate patients and their families on their medical conditions, medications, and treatments.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare providers, including physicians, therapists, and social workers.
- Communicate regularly with the patient's physician to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Administering non-invasive cosmetic procedures, including dermal fillers, chemical peels and anti-wrinkle injections.
- Preparing patients for operation and conducting post-operative care.
- Researching new procedures and protocols to stay up-to-date.
- Assessing patient's skin-related health problems.
- Assisting surgeons or physicians with cosmetic surgeries and procedures.
- Scheduling appointments and screening patients.
- Preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing medical tools.
