### Job Title: Assistant Nurse

#### Job Summary:

The Assistant Nurse provides essential care to patients, helping with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. This role supports the healthcare team by performing various tasks that contribute to the overall patient care experience.

#### Key Responsibilities:

1.? ?•Patient Care:•

- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting.

- Turn, reposition, and transfer patients between beds and wheelchairs.

- Measure and record patients' vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates.

2.? ?•Support Nursing Staff:•

- Assist nurses with medical procedures and treatments.

- Report any changes in patients' conditions to the nursing staff.

- Ensure patients' rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with necessary supplies.

3.? ?•Documentation:•

- Maintain accurate and timely records of patients' care, activities, and conditions.

- Complete required documentation and reports as directed by nursing staff.

4.? ?•Patient Comfort and Safety:•

- Ensure patients' comfort and well-being by providing emotional support and companionship.

- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety procedures.

- Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients.

5.? ?•Equipment and Supplies:•

- Assist in setting up medical equipment and ensuring its proper functioning.

- Monitor and restock supplies as needed.

#### Qualifications:

? ?•Education:• High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program.

? ?•Certification:• Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent, DHA License is a must.

? ?•Experience:• 1 year UAE experience in a healthcare setting is preferred ( Dental /Aesthetic / Should be able to pass IV line in supervision of Registered Nurse )

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.

? ?•Physical Requirements: •

- Ability to lift, move, and support patients.

- Stamina for standing and walking for long periods.

Working Conditions:

? ?Work is typically performed in a healthcare setting such as a hospital, clinic, nursing home, or long-term care facility.

? required working in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Reports to:

? ?Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
