Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Mechanical Engineer (Valve Trainee) to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with a mechanical engineering background who are eager to develop specialized expertise in valve systems. The role provides hands-on training under the guidance of experienced engineers and technicians, bridging the gap between theoretical design and practical application in valve maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Training & Development:

Learn the fundamentals of various valve types (e.g., ball, gate, butterfly, check valves) and their operational principles. Participate in on-the-job training and gain practical experience in valve system maintenance and repair.

Design & Analysis:

Assist in designing and testing valve systems to ensure optimal performance. Support the engineering team in performing simulations, calculations, and drafting technical documentation related to valve functionality.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

Participate in routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repair activities for valve systems. Develop diagnostic skills to identify issues, conduct tests, and assist in problem-solving to maintain system reliability.

Collaboration & Project Support:

Work closely with senior engineers and technicians to support project planning and execution. Assist in the development and implementation of safety protocols and best practices related to valve operations.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and training progress. Contribute to updating technical manuals and operational guidelines as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Strong foundational knowledge in mechanical engineering principles, with an interest in valve technology. Willingness to learn and apply practical skills in a hands-on environment.
