Work closely with the Product team and Sales teams and will define and run the program of customer activation plans and be instrumental in advancing performance.
Implement strong marketing plans across all channels, in line with brand and business objectives for key categories and product ranges, including supporting key NPD launches.
Plan and Supervise BTL and Experiential activities driving key marketing objectives for brand and segment.
Have responsibility of the marketing budget.
Creation and delivery of marketing materials & content, particularly producing effective point of sale material to drive brand/category/product awareness.
Work closely with Corporate Marketing and External agencies in developing and implementing Brand Digital and Online strategy and campaigns (Owned and Paid Media).
To be the team expert on retailer activation guidelines/requirements for key customer POS / secondary siting, best-practices and developments.
Analyze market share, market dynamics, trends and track competitor activity (e.g. promos, marketing activities including digital / social media).
Supporting our ambitious growth agenda across all of ecommerce, incl. working closely with sales & retailers and building expertise in this area to internally champion our digital marketing shopper strategy.
Be an active member of cross-functional.
Management and development of direct reports.
Skills and QualificationsQualifications and Experience Required
Bachelor degree in marketing or post-graduate degree in strategy/research/analysis
Fluent in English, Arabic a plus
Knowledge of Digital and Social Media including running CRM campaigns
Advanced Microsoft office skills
Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Marketing or Brand Management
