Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Development: Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and offline platforms.
• Content Creation & Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to produce compelling content, such as property listings, brochures, blogs, and newsletters, that showcase our properties and services.
• Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital channels (website, social media, and email) to boost online visibility, traffic, and engagement. Work with SEO/SEM and PPC experts to drive lead generation.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide insights to improve marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Lead Generation: Track, measure, and optimize marketing efforts to increase leads. Analyze conversion rates and optimize strategies for lead nurturing and pipeline growth.
• Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of promotional events, open houses, and property exhibitions to drive customer engagement and sales.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging, voice, and design across all marketing materials and campaigns.
• Agency & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality production of marketing materials and services.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, using analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in (Online and Offline)marketing, ideally in the real estate or property sector.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and customer engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of CRM software and marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Personal Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical skills and a passion for real estate.
