:Skin111 Program Manager Responsibilities: * Bridge Building between Skin111 and Medcare
Serve as the primary liaison between Skin111 and Medcare, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication between the two entities.
Report directly to Dr. Shahram at Skin111 while being on the Medcare payroll.
IV Drip Business Development:
Focus on expanding and promoting the IV Drip services across various Medcare clinics.
Develop strategies to increase awareness, usage, and revenue of IV Drip treatments.
Performance Monitoring:
Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of doctors and nurses across the Medcare clinics.
Ensure that clinical standards are maintained, and that staff are meeting performance benchmarks.
Weekly Performance Reporting:
Prepare and submit weekly performance reports to Dr. Shahram and Supreet.
Include detailed analysis of key metrics, trends, and any areas of concern.
Marketing Coordination:
Work closely with the marketing teams of both Skin111 and Medcare to align on campaigns and promotional activities.
Ensure that marketing efforts are effectively driving patient engagement and clinic visits.
Lead and Campaign Management:
Track and report on lead generation and conversion rates.
Identify issues if leads are dropping or campaigns are underperforming and provide actionable feedback to improve outcomes.
Doctor and Nurse Feedback:
Collect regular feedback from doctors and nurses regarding the effectiveness of current practices, challenges they face, and areas for improvement.
Act as a voice for the clinical staff, ensuring their concerns and suggestions are communicated to the appropriate teams in regards to IV Business
Incentive Management:
Ensure that doctors and nurses receive their incentives on time and that the incentive structure is clear and motivating.
Address any issues or delays in the incentive process promptly.
Procurement and Inventory Management:
Oversee the procurement process to ensure that clinics are ordering necessary products on time.
Monitor inventory levels and product usage to prevent shortages or pilferage.
Coordinate with procurement teams to streamline orders and maintain efficient supply chains.
Qualifications:
Must have an aesthetics background.
Ready to travel between clinics.
Proficiency in English, with candidates preferred to be Arabic or Indian.
Strong leadership and coordination skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally between teams and organizations.
Proficient in performance monitoring and reporting.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail, especially in inventory and procurement processes.
