Workplaces is responsible for the active management of the global real estate portfolio including leases and transactions of all properties, design, construction and operations for offices, showrooms and DCs for adidas.
In this role you will support the coordination and administration of all aspects of project and change management for workplace projects on a global level. The role scope includes planning, administrating, controlling and evaluation of workplace projects that enhance the workplace experience and create a high-performance culture in which our employees feel like they belong, can be productive, and have a strong connection to our core belief.
Key Responsibilities:
Support creation of regional training formats and respective documents to onboard stakeholders and their respective project teams on newly developed concepts
Work with regional and global Workplaces teams and other departments to support implementation of global guidelines and share learnings / outcomes of new workplace programs into optimization of processes, services, effectiveness and efficiency
Actively administer and coordinate reigonal projects that enhance the workplace experience in close alignment with regional stakeholders and cross functional departments
Support the adaptation of global evaluation methods to regional needs and roll out evaluation documents (from surveys, interviews, case-studies to presentations and KPI reports)
Support cross-functional communication, collaboration, and change management with key regional stakeholders and 3rd parties driving implementation of guidelines and standards
Consolidate results and enable fact-based decision making by creating transparency on evaluation results
Support the continuous improvement of workplace concepts via internal and external regional research and benchmarking
Support a collaborative environment which enables team members to perform
