We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support our Undercover Shopper projects . This role will involve coordinating undercover shopper activities, ensuring data quality, and providing insights to help clients improve their customer service and operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in managing multiple undercover shopper projects and ensuring timely delivery.
• Recruit, train, and support undercover shoppers, ensuring adherence to project guidelines.
• Monitor shopper reports for accuracy and perform quality checks.
• Compile and deliver client reports with key insights and recommendations.
• Assist in data analysis and identifying areas for client improvement.
• Support project documentation and maintain schedules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in project management or market research (mystery shopping experience a plus).
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
