During your tenure as an Assistant Manager in Real Estate Advisory, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
Managing and executing engagements in an efficient and timely manner, undertake development appraisals and the preparation of client reports
Being a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and working with the clients and their design teams to deliver strategies to support hospitality and leisure development projects
Mentoring and assisting with the development of junior colleagues
Assisting Partners and Directors in client pursuits and eminence building activities

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in hospitality, Business Administration or Real Estate
Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role or with a multinational organization in the hospitality industry
Background in Finance / Accounting within hospitality is mandatory
A minimum of two years' experience in the MENA region, preferable in hospitality
Advanced level of technical proficiency and computer literacy particularly with spreadsheets (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Power BI)
Motivated, dedicated, dynamic & hard worker
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to meet strict deadlines in a high pace and dynamic environment
Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational and time management skills
Excellent report writing and presentation skills
Flexibility to travel within the MENA region for project work
