During your tenure as an Assistant Manager in Real Estate Advisory, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
  • Managing and executing engagements in an efficient and timely manner, undertake development appraisals and the preparation of client reports
  • Being a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and working with the clients and their design teams to deliver strategies to support hospitality and leisure development projects
  • Mentoring and assisting with the development of junior colleagues
  • Assisting Partners and Directors in client pursuits and eminence building activities

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in hospitality, Business Administration or Real Estate
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role or with a multinational organization in the hospitality industry
  • Background in Finance / Accounting within hospitality is mandatory
  • A minimum of two years' experience in the MENA region, preferable in hospitality
  • Advanced level of technical proficiency and computer literacy particularly with spreadsheets (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Power BI)
  • Motivated, dedicated, dynamic & hard worker
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines in a high pace and dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills
  • Flexibility to travel within the MENA region for project work
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
