Job Description

Manpower Forecast, Monitor, Manage records and documentation
  • Accountable for manpower forecast , mobilization, review of LOA/ LOIs by negotiation of subcontractors and allocating the budgets to each project. Review and approve purchase orders. Execution of projects. And achieving sales target with collection of overdue not exceedingly more than 30 days. Develop training plans and work on staff welfare
Planning & Safety (HSE)
  • Conduct site survey, prepare assessment reports and identify suitable solutions based on requirements and site conditions. Follow up, spot checks on-going activities for quality control; Update about KPIs to LINE for achievements, activities and results according to the SOP. Conduct GEMBA interactions. Handle and monitor site base risk in compliance with HSE standard
Teamwork and Communication
  • Encourage and build relationship mutual with the internal and external stakeholder.to provide uninterrupted communication to facilitate services through meetings to ensure to provide/maintain continuity of customer relations and deliver efficient service.
Mobilization and Supervision
  • Responsible to plan, prepare, mobilize manage, and communicate Plan, Develop and Implement continuous training program to train Supervisors for efficient post-to-post inspections. Oversee / monitor uniform / PPE and ensure that is consistent client requirement compliance per contract
Client Relationship Management / Report
  • Develop and maintain healthy relationship with clients with a goal to increase revenue for the company which may include clientxe2x80x99s new requirement request and existing contract updating and support. Manage client meetings.
  • Prepare and submit Monthly management reports
Achieving Contract Target and Revenue Target
  • Responsible for organic growth and new business to achieve contract and revenue target for the year and record the opportunities and interactions using CRM
Increase productivity and improve cashflow and sales.
  • Responsible to achieve 97.5% of productivity and reduce number of idle staffing. Reduction of sick leaves, unauthorized absenteeism and leave management..
Innovative Solutions and performance improvements
  • Implement CAFM to monitor SLA/ KPIs of each project and ensuring Zero penalty or SLA/KPI failures.
  • Manage and monitor Rostima Work management system to achieve accuracy of invoicing, scheduling and payroll.
Digital Operations and automation.
  • Accountable to manage CRM, CAFM, MIMS, Rostiama, Zoho finance automation and Group GHSE portals and raise PR and PO for the materials
Procurement and material management.Accountable for managing monthly supply and par stocks for all projects, Support line manager in Bid Evaluations and support in cost control and reductions within the budget.
