ASM Effectiveness:
Store Sell out performance (Promoter & Non-Promoter Locations) Display enhancement Retail Store operations * Plan and execute retail operations with Key accounts (Organized Retail, Brand-Stores, Showrooms)
Implementing operational plans to ensure smooth functioning of Retail operations, including:
Inventory Management Logistics Compliance * Steer efforts to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual in-store display share & flooring targets
Facilitate decision making by senior management on Retail & Flooring strategies to meet demands of accounts by providing market inputs and recommendations associated with channel experience and end customer feedback
Build strong long term relationships with Organized Retail accounts, at all levels
Manage and monitor budgets allocated
Skills and Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in Retail Marketing, Data Analysis & Visual Merchandising
GCC / UAE market knowledge is essential
Ability to interpret complex data sets, extract meaningful insights and identify trends & patterns relevant to retail operations & sales performance
Understanding of the Consumer Electronics market dynamics and technology
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
Ability to effectively present information to top management, public group and or client
Computer literate and advanced user of MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills
People management (Internal & External - Partners, Distributors and Agencies)
Solid understanding of product technology and passion for technology
