A leading Bank is actively recruiting an Assistant Manager Regulatory Compliance for their Umm Al Quwain office.Please note that you must meet all the criteria set out below for your application to be considered. Oversee the companys regulatory compliance policies and procedures.
Assist in the development and implementation of compliance training programs.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of systems and processes to ensure compliance with FATCA and CRS reporting requirements.
Report and monitor incidents of non-compliance to Senior Management
Stay abreast of changes in regulatory requirements and ensure that the bank remains compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
Bachelors Degree.
Minimum 7 years of experience in a compliance environment within the Banking Industry in the UAE. Local UAE banks experience is a plus.
Knowledge of FATCA and CRS regulations and requirements.
Knowledge of banking rules and regulations of UAE.
