- Develop short and long-term strategies and budgets for the marketing/communications/public relations program and its operations.
- Lead marketing strategies and concept development for the Aster.
- Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordinglyREQUIREMENTS- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes.
