Plays a crucial role in optimizing the Marketplace product offerings, inventory planning and management, reconciling marketplace data and create the best customer experience for shopping Home Box on Marketplaces.Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management : Check sales of each platform daily and able to allocate inventory based of ROS and delist inventory of non-selling items. - Reconciliations : Sales, Inventory and Payment. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for monthly alignments. - Catalog Management : Ensure parity between Home Box and marketplace selection, ensuring correctness of product images details [Size, Background, Resolution] and updating product pages for special offers [discounts, coupons, reward points]. - Advertising : Working knowledge on Amazon Ads and Googles PLA. - Merchandizing : Understand and able to merchandise products on Marketplaces, identify product & price opportunities against the competition, ensuring best-fitting product category & sub-category to boost product searchability. - Reports : Able to create Excel dashboards that can highlight category & business statistics and able to create daily performance MIS reports. - Monitor sales vs budget for the category and territory. - Coordination with category teams to collect product data & activating them on Marketplace and coordinating with WH teams for Order fulfilment. - Creating and maintaining product related data and documents.REQUIREMENTSMust Have:- 5-6 years\' experience in E-commerce Marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, Flipkart, Myntra, Pepperfry) - Hands-on experience in inventory planning and management - Reconciliations with Marketplaces - 1-2 years\' experience in category analysis and management - Adept in Microsoft Excel (MACRO) - Excellent communication & collaboration skillsABOUT THE COMPANYFounded in 1973 in Bahrain, the Landmark Group has successfully grown into one of the largest and most successful retail organizations in the Middle East.
