In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with the business objectives; by fostering a culture of continuous learning and development across the organisation.
Develop and implement a robust learning and development strategy that drives employee performance and growth.
Lead and mentor a high-performing L&D team, providing guidance and support in designing and delivering impactful learning programs.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
Manage the learning management system to ensure efficient and effective learning experiences.
Oversee the learning and development budget, optimising resource allocation and vendor partnerships.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance learning programs.

Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organisation Development, Psychology, or a related field. A Master\'s degree is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in learning and development, including team management.
Proven track record of designing and delivering successful learning programs.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in instructional design, adult learning theories, and learning management systems.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
